In cases of significant edentulism (many teeth missing) but where the number of the remaining teeth and their position allow the insertion of prostheses for such a skeletal work.
Skeletal prostheses are complex and refined dental pieces, which involve a fixed part (a dental bridge on the remaining teeth) and a part that can be mobilized.
The latter looks like a partial prosthesis, but it has a thin metallic skeleton that joins the toothless part bases and which bypasses the remaining teeth. Special systems are installed to the breach limiting teeth (teeth at the ends of the bridge); the skeletal prosthesis is fixed on the bridge through these systems. You will be able to remove it at home, at your discretion, in order to clean it properly.
